05th September 2024 – Bluezone Band
Experience a timeless fusion of R&B, soul and Motown with Bluezone! The energetic quartet takes you through decades of groovy music with its very own rocking twist. A great mix of timeless songs.
19th September 2024 – The Soulmaniacs
FROM THE STREETS TO THE FANCIEST HOTELS. The Soulmaniacs started out as a street band and still play as such from time to time, but have long since made a name for themselves as TOP entertainers in the best Swiss bars and hotels. No other band in Switzerland can appeal to such a wide audience, from alternative to classical.
03rd October 2024 – Etta Kin & Band
With her powerful, soulful voice and her stage presence, she attracts the attention of the Swiss music scene. In 2005, Etta Kin moved to Singapore with her husband and began a new chapter in her life abroad that would last a decade. Asia awakened a dormant and unknown side of Etta's musicality and inspired her to write and compose her own songs. We are delighted that Etta is returning to our Schweizerhof Bar and look forward to enjoying her wonderful voice.
17th October 2024 – The Black Earth Band
You should definitely not miss this band! As soon as the band tunes up, it radiates an electrifying atmosphere in the bar. The Band was formed in Switzerland in the late 1970s by Robert Chonia (Sir Roberto) and is currently one of the best live bands in Switzerland! The repertoire included Afro, Pop, Smoothjazz, Soul, R & B and Reggae. The original formation has been enriched by international musicians. The multicultural line-up contributes to the diversity and complexity of The Black Earth Band's live performances.
7th November 2024 – Soulmaniacs
The band was founded in 1998 and over the years has developed into a collective with numerous musicians from the Swiss scene. The gin will be accompanied by the finest funk & soul with our beloved Soulmaniacs! You'll be surprised which of the Soulmaniacs will be creating the atmosphere in our bar that evening.
21st November 2024 – The Sheiks
The Sheiks are a band formed by young passionate musicians based in Switzerland. Coming from different musical backgrounds, they found each other through their love for music from the good old days. 6 heads, 12 hands and 6 hearts that will move your feet.
5th December 2024 – Neal Sugarman
Soul Jazz at its finest - formed by Grammy Award winning Saxophonist Neal Sugarman.For years, Neal was a staple on the New York City Soul-Jazz scene before moving to Zurich.Known for his Big Tenor Sax sound, blues driven melodies and his approach to everything he plays, Neal Sugarman has a strong experience in performing and recording together with big names like Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson, Prince, Al Green, Bruno Mars, John Legend, Lee Fields - just to name a few.Sit back, relax and enjoy finest jazz when Neal Sugarman and the Elevations create your evening at the Schweizerhof Bar.
19th December 2024 – Kurt Ackermann
Kurt Ackermann will be playing his second gig in our Schweizerhof Bar and we are more than excited! Kurt is from Liechtenstein, has been a musician for more than thirty years and has already released two albums and several new singles. With more than 500 songs in his repertoire, anything is possible when Kurt Ackermann and his band perform. Pop, soul, R&B, funk... or why not blues, reggae or rock? We are delighted to have Kurt in our bar.
