Guest Relation Manager (w/m/d)

We are looking for a service-oriented and responsible personality as

Guest Relation Manager (w/m/d)

As the Guest Relation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience and serve as the central point of contact for the wishes, concerns and satisfaction of our guests. This position requires a high level of service orientation, excellent communication skills and the ability to create exceptional guest moments.

Your tasks

  • Customer care with a focus on maximum guest satisfaction
  • Independent development of services for our guests
  • Preparing statistics and reports on quality and guest reviews
  • Handling guest complaints with a customer-oriented approach
  • Organizing and conducting training sessions on guest service
  • Coordination of VIP stays
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with loyal guests
  • Assignments at the front office and in the conciergerie

Your profile

  • Completed education in the hospitality industry
  • Several years of professional experience in the upscale hospitality industry, ideally in the area of guest service or front office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • High level of empathy and a confident manner
  • Organizational talent and resilience
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
