HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?

The Hotel Schweizerhof Zürich is located directly opposite Zurich Main Station on the famous car-free "Bahnhofstrasse". Therefore, follow the signs "Bahnhofstrasse" in the underground part of Zurich Main Station.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE BY TRAIN TO THE AIRPORT (FASTEST RECOMMENDATION):

Trains run daily between 5am and midnight every 5 to ten minutes in the direction of Zurich Main Station and the airport. The S2 and S16 as well as various regional trains will get you safe and quick to the main station or airport in only just 10 minutes. You can reach the airport as early as 04:45 with the early morning connection.

The airport railway station is located directly under the Terminal B. From there, the rest of the airport is easy to reach.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE BY TRAM:

Would you like to see some parts of the city on your way to the centre? Then it's best to take Tram number 10 from the airport to the main station. Journey time will be approximately 35 minutes.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A CAR PARK?

There are 3 parking spaces in front of our hotel, which you can use at any time for loading and unloading for up to 20 minutes.

We recommend the nearby City Parkhaus Gessnerallee 14, 8001 Zurich and of course we also offer a valet parking service (extra charge: CHF 20).

WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES OF YOUR RESTAURANT, BAR & CAFÉ?

Our restaurant, La Soupière, is open Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM and evenings from 6:30 – 10:00 PM.

Saturdays, the restaurant opens from 6:30 – 10:00 PM. Sundays our restaurant remains is closed.

Our Café Gourmet is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

The Schweizerhof Bar is open Monday to Fridays from 10:45 AM to 11:30 PM and Saturdays & Sundays from 4 PM - 11:30 PM.

WHICH CANCELLATION CONDITIONS APPLY?

For bookings made directly on our website, by phone, email or fax, a cancellation deadline of 2pm on the day of arrival applies. Later cancellations or "no-shows" will be charged 100% / full fee of the 1st night.

Please note that non-refundable offers cannot be changed or refunded.

We recommend that you check your booking confirmation for the cancellation and change policy applicable to your reservation.

DO YOU HAVE A GYM AND SPA?

Our Boutique Gym is available to our guests 24 hours. We also offer free entry to the premium fitness club, Holmes Place, which is only a 3-minute walk away from the hotel. Holmes Place Zurich City is a premium health club on the top floor of the Jelmoli building, offering fitness, wellness and SPA.

HOW CAN I USE EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend that you book the previous night as well. Guaranteed late check-outs after 12 noon, will be charged at a fee of CHF 50 per hour.

CAN AN EXTRA BED AND/OR BABY COT BE PLACED IN ALL ROOMS?

No extra beds can be placed in our standard single and double rooms. In all other room categories, you can order an extra bed (including extra breakfast) for a supplement of CHF 90.

For children up to 12 years of age, we will provide a baby or extra bed in the parents' room free of charge.

Our Deluxe Family Rooms for 4 people (2 rooms) or our Grand Family Rooms for up to 6 people (3 rooms) offer plenty of space for the whole family!

CAN MY PET JOIN ME?

Yes, we accept small pets (larger pets on request) and charge an additional CHF 25 per night (without food). Any damage caused during your stay will be at your expense. Please contact us, so we can make all pre-arrangements for your pet's stay.

Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed at breakfast and in our restaurant, La Soupière.
